Note: The opinions expressed herein are solely those of the author. Any resemblance to real librarians (living or dead, or somewhere in between) or real libraries, may be a coincidence - but probably not.

Biblia, the Warrior Librarian, was created by A.B.Credaro. The practice of Warrior Librarianship is common, and therefore quite possibly in the public domain. As such, it is likely to be exempt from any copyright restrictions. However, this does not limit Warrior Librarian Weekly, its agents, employees, heirs, spouses, family pets, or others connected with the zine, from trying to make an easy buck from its use.

L.O.C. DENIAL
Billington is NOT Biblia
Librarian of Congress: James Billington
A spokes-librarian for the Library of Congress will no doubt deny that there has ever been a suggestion that James H.Billington is the day-time persona of the Warrior Librarian. But look at the facts; both names begin with "B", and the Library of Congress itself is the same star sign as Biblia. WLW Confuses Google
We do not use only 10% of our brain. MIR and CT scans prove otherwise. The Great Wall of China is not the only man made object visible from space. Putting these two facts together at Google ("great wall of china" +brain +10% +space") gives WLW as the 7th hit, out of 916 results. We are still wondering what this proves ...

SCREAMING MEDIA
Librarians can't live on love.
Marketplace.org audio file of interview with ALA president, commenting on the forthcoming shortage of librarians, who politely refers to paychecks as "meagre". You have to wait 18 minutes into the tape file, so get yourself a coffee - or maybe something stronger? ...

SHAMELESS SELF PROMOTION
Yet another award ...
Another unsolicited award has arrived in our e-mail box. Well, actually this is the first one that wasn't actually pleaded and begged for. Like most librarians, Biblia has become so used to grovelling for some recognition in her professional life, that this comes as a nice surprise ...

MORE ORIGINAL HUMOR
Laugh yourself comatose.
No, folks, WLW isn't just yet another directory of humor. The Humor Index contains over 60 original humor items by Biblia - except for one guest item, exclusive to WLW. Oh, and one well-known piece off the 'net that people expect to see on any library humor site. But the rest is original. Honest. Use the new improved index! Now in alphabetical order, even. Click here for the US version or here for the English version. Swedish and Japanese versions still to come ....
